Side affected: Right hip
Pre-existing conditions (suspected): Osteoporosis
Fracture Type:Right comminuted intertrochanteric fracture with varus displacement (AO/OTA 31-A2)

The patient was treated with closed reduction and PFNA intramedullary nail fixation. Operative time was approximately 55 minutes with minimal blood loss. Postoperative radiographs showed anatomical alignment; neck-shaft angle was restored to 130°.
