Mini Fixer

Mini Fragment External Fixator

The Mini Fixator consists of two bars fixed with a mobile body and clamps that move with DC discs on these bars.
Thanks to its design that can be applied even in narrow spaces, it allows the Schanz screws to be sent parallel to the joint surface.
It is used with 2 mm diameter Schanz screws.
 

Wrist External Fixator

 It provides locking that can be angled thanks to the ball joint.
 Provides 360° rotation.
 Schanz screws can be sent in different angled plans thanks to the angled clamps.
It provides easy reduction thanks to its double ball-joint structure.
The ball-joint structure can be tightened or loosened with a 4.0 mm L-Allen key.
Suitable for extra-articular or transarticular external fixation technique.
Wrist External Fixator
Dynamic Multiaxial Fixator

Dynamic Axial External Fixator

 Enables joint mobilization and postoperative reduction correction.
 It has a unit that provides compression and distraction with axial loading.
 Provides stability and early mobilization.
 Thanks to its versatile design, it allows simple angular adjustments.
 It provides the opportunity to connect two external fixators with the help of a Double Clamp.
 Enables 30° movement in all planes.
 A full rotation of the DC unit allows 2mm of the move.

Ring External Fixator

 It provides anatomic fracture reduction even in delayed treatment.
 Minimizes the risk of trauma to the soft tissue.
 It has optimum biomechanical stability.
 The circular fixator provides the reconstruction of larges bone defects and the acute or gradual correction of deformities.
 Protects the blood circulation of the bone and provides early joint movement.
 It provides the advantage of minimal bleeding during the surgical procedure.

Small Fragment External Fixator

Small Fragment External Fixator

 5 mm carbon fiber rods and compatible clamps are used in the small fragment external fixator set.
 It is used in single or multi-plan applications according to the broken bone, the shape, and the indication of the fracture line.
 Thanks to carbon fiber rods, it provides a good radiological evaluation for the postoperative and radiological follow-up of the fracture healing process.
 After the configuration is created, independent movement is provided between the modules, allowing manipulations for fracture reduction.
It has bar-bar clamps for connecting two bars and bar-pin clamps for connecting the bar and pin to the tool.
It provides the best stabilization by performing a rigid osteosynthesis application.
Allows 360° movement in all three planes.

8 mm carbon fiber rods and compatible clamps are used in the large fragment external fixator set.

Large Fragment External Fixator

What is External Fixator?

The external fixation devices can be used to maintain the stability and alignment of the fractured bone.The device can be adjusted externally to ensure that the bone remains in the optimal position during the healing process.
External fixator types divide into several different subcategories, including uniplanar, multiplanar, unilateral, bilateral, and circular fixators. By adding pins in different planes , one can create a multiplanar construct. Uniplanar fixation devices are fast and easy to apply but are not as sturdy as multiplanar fixation. Bilateral frames are created when the pins are on both sides of the bone and can also add additional stability. Circular fixators have gained popularity with limb lengthening procedures but are especially effective at allowing the patient to weight bear and maintain some joint motion during the treatment. They are more difficult to apply and use smaller gauge pins and more of them to distribute the weight.
