This case study presents a successful titanium mesh cranioplasty performed in Morelia, Mexico on a 49-year-old male patient with a history of decompressive craniotomy. Using MEDITECH titanium mesh and self-drilling screws, the surgical team achieved secure fixation, excellent contour restoration, and stable postoperative recovery, demonstrating reliable outcomes in complex cranial reconstruction procedures.
